Als ik 1000 word

Together with poet René Oskam, I made a birthday calendar. You know, one of those calendars that people often hang on their toilet to remember when your loved ones' birthday is (and of course to have something to read when you’re going to the loo). For each month, we made a poem with an illustration and to top it all off, a 13th month! Topics include way too long bucket lists, the importance of being offline once in a while, cats with an identity crisis, Autocorrection, hoarders and Autumn to name a few. All cast in a light-hearted format with some much-needed ironic relatability.
