René Oskam writes poems in super normal Dutch. Sometimes they are funny, sometimes they make you think, sometimes they are moving and sometimes they are sweet. Either way, they give you a subtle slap in the face.
For René's fourth poetry collection, I created a series of seven illustrations. I opted for a surreal yet powerful series of black-and-white drawings made with fineliner, with some details added digitally.
